Sectors
Where our work is concentrated
Four sectors, chosen because they connect: a school meal is also an agricultural market, and a tourism concession is also community infrastructure.
Sector 01
School Feeding & Nutrition
The challenge
Millions of children attend school hungry, and national feeding programmes are often under-funded, fragmented and disconnected from local food production.
Our approach
We design home-grown school feeding models where the meal budget becomes a guaranteed market for local farmers and small caterers, with government retaining oversight and private partners carrying delivery risk.

Key activities
- Programme design and costing
- Local sourcing and supplier development
- Kitchen and logistics infrastructure
- Nutrition standards and menu design
- Beneficiary tracking systems
Expected outcomes
- Improved attendance and learning outcomes
- Reliable income for local producers
- Lower cost per meal over time
Sector 02
Agriculture & Food Security
The challenge
Smallholders produce a large share of Africa's food but remain locked out of formal markets by aggregation, quality, finance and offtake constraints.
Our approach
We build value chains backwards from a committed buyer — securing offtake first, then organising aggregation, inputs, finance and quality systems around it.

Key activities
- Value chain and market analysis
- Farmer aggregation and cooperative support
- Offtake and contract farming structures
- Input and working capital facilities
- Post-harvest and storage investment
Expected outcomes
- Higher and more predictable farm incomes
- Reduced post-harvest losses
- Stronger national food security
Sector 03
Tourism Development
The challenge
Tourism assets with real potential often lack the preparation, governance and community arrangements that investors require before committing capital.
Our approach
We prepare tourism assets and destinations for investment, structuring concessions that give communities an equity stake and government a durable revenue base.

Key activities
- Destination and asset assessment
- Concession and lease structuring
- Community benefit and equity models
- Investor packaging and roadshows
- Skills and enterprise development
Expected outcomes
- New private investment into destinations
- Local employment and enterprise growth
- Conservation financed by visitor revenue
Sector 04
Infrastructure & Community Development
The challenge
Community-scale infrastructure is too small for major project finance and too important to leave to annual budget cycles.
Our approach
We bundle community infrastructure into investable programmes with pooled procurement, standard designs and shared maintenance arrangements.

Key activities
- Needs prioritisation with local government
- Bundled project preparation
- Procurement and contractor management
- Maintenance and O&M structuring
- Local contractor development
Expected outcomes
- Faster delivery at lower unit cost
- Assets that stay maintained
- Local construction capability retained
