Blou Gram (Pty) Ltd is a development advisory and investment facilitation company. We design and implement transformative public-private partnerships across the continent.
Our story
Blou Gram was founded on a simple observation. Across Africa, governments hold the mandate for development, investors hold the capital, and communities hold the knowledge of what actually works — yet these three rarely sit at the same table with a workable structure between them.
We built a firm to occupy that space. Our work begins with the policy objective of a ministry or agency and ends with a programme that is financed, procured, staffed and measured. Along the way we handle the unglamorous parts: feasibility studies, contract structures, supplier development, governance arrangements and reporting systems.
Today we work across school feeding and nutrition, agriculture and food security, tourism development, and community infrastructure — with active engagements in Southern and Eastern Africa.
